Richard Soben is a Graphic Illustrator based in Baltimore, Maryland and is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Illustration and a minor in Graphic Design. He transferred to Maryland's Institute College of Art from Montgomery College in Silver Spring, Maryland with an Associates in Fine Art. His expected graduation year is 2023.
